The workers who are preparing the tabernacle
(Ex.36:1-7)
Introduction: God chose these two guys, Bezalel and Oholiab. As we see, God has chosen and raised remnants as witnesses of this era. What is the very important covenant these remnants and their parents must hold onto? Bezalel and Oholiab, who were skilled men, were filled with Gods spirit and they played a great role in building his tabernacles. These were the ones who saw Gods evidence that arose to Moses. Bezalel(meaning Gods care), the grandson of Hur, had already received the content of covenants from his parents. How were two guys be full of Gods spirit and could enjoy these blessings to experience Gods power?
1.The eyes to see the world
(1)The world seemingly looks strong and wonderful externally
1)Every life in this world, however, goes through difficult time(the celebrities, teachers, and politicians fallen into spiritual problems)
2)They waste everything and devoted their life to temporary things
(2)The lives of the world are not able to solve fundamental problems so they end up living in middle of sufferings
1)Every life must be in God
2)By separating from God, curses and disasters have arisen on this earth
(3)Remnants must experience Gods power when they are young(the secret of gospel and prayers)
2.The eyes to see the lives of lay people
(1)Lay people tend to live in this world hopelessly
1)Because they do not enjoy the power of the gospel(losing their belief and identity)
2)They work hard but fall into the religious life(mysticism, legalism, humanism)
3)They hurt their feelings in the church and cannot beat satans attack
(2)Israel out of Egypt complained and resented constantly
1)When we are full of the Lord, problems and accidents will become their platform to save people and fields for world evangelization
2)Every Israeli except Joshua and Caleb ended up being buried in the sand of wilderness
(3)Everything is our opportunity to experience Gods power and to make our vessel
3.How can we succeed in our belief?
(1)Grab a hold of God(Ro.8:26)
(2)Make the tabernacle
1)The tabernacle means Jesus Christ(business, work, and study in Christ)
2)Answers surely come and they are as hard as rocks that does not crumble down in Christ
(3)Make an eternal direction, world evangelization
1)World evangelization is the reason why we exist(Ac.1:8)
2)When we hold onto the covenant for world evangelization, we will be full of the Lord and can save everyone with our own skill, ability, and knowledge
Conclusion: Workers like Bezalel and Oholiab must arise from the next generation. As parents, we must be willing to be the platform to raise up our remnants.
